When you start painting, your journey will look like one of these two things:

Part 1 - Painting Supplies Simplified

In this section, I'll cut through the fluff and explain the supplies you actually need for Acrylic Painting (coming from a professional artist of 15 years). You need a lot less than you might think!

Part 2 - Your First Brushstrokes

In part 2, you'll make your first brushstrokes. We're not even worrying about color yet - this section is all about having fun and getting used to how the paints work!

Part 3 - Your First Painting

In part 3, you'll paint your first scene - a beautiful moon above the mountains, reflected in the water. It's super simple and we're still not even worrying about color yet.

Part 4 - Intro to Color Mixing

In part 4, we'll start using color! I'll teach you how to mix some simple colors which we'll use to create a variety of simple gradients!

Part 5 - Three Simple Paintings

In part 5, we'll take everything we learned throughout the course and apply it to create three simple paintings; a paint-over of our grayscale scene from earlier, a sunset painting, and a rose painting.
